AMP'D Fitness is an awesome environment. All of the coaches get to know you quickly and you meet new friends almost immediately. It is the opposite of an intimidating session. The coaches are always willing to help you if you have any questions. AMP’D Fitness has been incredible for my short time there already! Max & team put together amazing workouts with unique focuses each day & week for best results. Even with an injury, they provide modifications and they always push you to do your best. A very clean gym and great people to make the workout fun!
