I love my 5am home for the past few months and happy to share why I have chosen Amp'd. It is a community. They are welcoming, uplifting and supportive. The people who gravitate to AMP'd have the same type of energy and spirit. The team of wonderful trainers are open to suggestions and make adjustments to benefit the client experience. This place is absolutely incredible! The staff is awesome, they all help you achieve your goals and make sure you do all the workouts correctly by making sure your form is on point! I started in May at 180lbs and now I'm currently at 155! Love this place!
